Booking Cancellation / Refund Policy

We want to make sure you're comfortable with your booking decisions, so here's our cancellation and refund policy explained in simple terms:


You can cancel your booking within 48 hours of making it, and you don't have to tell us why.


If you cancel within that 48-hour window, you'll get your money back. However, there's a small processing fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 that we have to deduct.

How to Cancel:

Just send us an email at to let us know you want to cancel. We'll take care of the rest.

When You'll Get Your Refund:

Once we get your cancellation request, we'll process your refund within 1-2 business days. We'll send the money back to you using the same payment method you used for the booking.
